1. Product Grading & Condition

All laptops sold by Lappy Baba are refurbished and undergo a 25-point quality check. They are categorized into the following grades:

• Excellent: 95%+ like new condition. Hairline scratches only, visible on very close inspection.
• Good: 85%+ condition. Minor scuff marks on the body. Screen and keyboard are in perfect working order.
• Fair: 70%+ condition. Visible wear marks or slight dents. Fully functional and offers the best value for money.

2. Warranty Terms

We provide a comprehensive 6-month hardware warranty on all our refurbished laptops.

• Covers: Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, screen display issues, keyboard, charging port, Wi-Fi.
• NOT covered: Physical damage (drops), liquid/water damage, software issues, viruses, and accessories (charger, bag).
• How to claim: WhatsApp or call us within the warranty period. Free pickup is available within Patna limits.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects only. We do not accept returns for change of mind. The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and the invoice.

4. Repair Service Terms

We provide laptop repair services. Please note:

• Customers are entirely responsible for their data backup prior to submitting a device for repair.
• Turnaround time is typically 1-5 working days.
• We provide a free quote before any work starts. Free pickup is available within Patna.

5. Rental Terms & Conditions

For our rental services:

• A security deposit equal to 1 month's rental value is required upfront.
• Any damage incurred during the rental period will be assessed and charged at actual repair cost.
• Late returns will be charged on a per-day pro-rata basis.
• Rental items remain the absolute property of Lappy Baba at all times.

6. Bulk Order Terms

For B2B or bulk purchases (Minimum 3 units):

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
• The balance must be cleared before dispatch or delivery.
• Custom configurations (RAM/SSD upgrades, software installation) are available at an extra cost.

7. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods:

• Cash, UPI (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm), and Net Banking.
• Debit/Credit Card payments.
• EMI available on select credit cards and Bajaj Finserv.
• All prices are in INR and include GST as applicable.

8. Sell/Exchange Program

If you wish to sell your old laptop to us:

• Valuation will be given within 24 hours of inspection.
• The quoted price is valid for exactly 48 hours.
• Payment will be made by cash or bank transfer on the same day the final agreement is reached.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lappy Baba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our products and services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bihar, specifically in Patna.
