1. Refurbished Products & Condition Grading

Lappy Baba specializes in certified refurbished, pre-owned corporate lease return laptops and desktops. Unless explicitly marked as "Brand New", all devices sold on this platform are pre-owned machines that have undergone rigorous 20-point quality auditing, internal cleaning, thermal repasting, and diagnostic stress testing.

We classify our inventory under standard condition tiers:

• Excellent Condition: Minimal to no visible cosmetic signs of previous usage; 100% functional integrity with 80%+ battery health.
• Good Condition: Minor cosmetic scratches or light scuffs on casing; 100% fully functional screen, keyboard, and motherboard with healthy battery.
• Fair Condition: Visible signs of cosmetic wear (light keyboard shine, minor body marks) sold at maximum discount, fully certified functionally.

2. Pricing, Invoicing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). We strive to provide the most competitive prices in Bihar ("Sabse Accha, Sabse Sasta").

• GST invoices can be issued for corporate and business buyers upon submitting valid GSTIN details at the time of checkout.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay-on-Store-Pickup in Patna.
• In the event of an inadvertent typographical pricing error on the website, Lappy Baba reserves the right to cancel or revise the order prior to dispatch with immediate notification and full refund.

3. Order Delivery & Transit Policy

We offer free delivery on laptop orders within municipal Patna and ship pan-India via insured express courier partners.

• Orders within Patna are delivered within 24–48 business hours; regional Bihar and pan-India orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.
• Customers are advised to inspect the external package upon delivery and report any transit damage or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.

4. 6-Month Warranty & 7-Day Replacement Policy

All refurbished laptops are backed by our 6-Month Hardware Warranty and 7-Day Testing Window.

• 7-Day Testing Period: If a major functional hardware defect is diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you are entitled to a free direct one-to-one unit replacement.
• 6-Month Warranty: Covers motherboard, display panel, battery, keyboard, storage, and charging ports.
• Warranty Voids: Warranty stickers broken or tampered with, accidental drops, liquid ingress, or unauthorized third-party technician modifications will strictly void the warranty.

5. Laptop Repair & Rental Services

For customers utilizing our repair or rental services:

• Customer Data Responsibility: Customers must create a full backup of their personal data prior to submitting machines for repair. Lappy Baba is not liable for data loss during operating system reinstallation or hardware repairs.
• Unclaimed Devices: Repaired devices not collected within 45 days after completion notification may incur storage fees or be recycled in accordance with Indian e-waste guidelines.
• Rental Terms: Rental equipment remains the sole property of Mainframe Technologies. Security deposits will be refunded upon safe return of the laptop in good operational order.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Lappy Baba and Mainframe Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from device downtime, software incompatibility, or loss of business data. Our total aggregate liability for any proven claim shall not exceed the invoice purchase price of the specific product in question.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or related to our products, services, or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts situated in Patna, Bihar, India.
